When registering to use the BEAM program, you will be asked to set up a password and email address and provide some basic demographic information. This personal information is collected via the Black Dog Institute’s secure e-health platform which is supported by the University of New South Wales and is protected by the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth). When you use BEAM, the time you access, start, and finish modules is recorded to help us work out how users are moving through the program. The answers you provide throughout the program, for activities such as Peer Coaching, will be accessed by the research team for the purpose of providing you with best practice feedback. This information is only accessible by approved members of our team and is stored on our secure Black Dog Institute server. The BEAM website uses cookies to provide a better user experience.
